David is a former President of the Traffic Management Association of Queensland and holds qualifications as a Road Safety Auditor, Trainer and Assessor, Investigator and as a Safety Practitioner. David has attained his Traffic Management Design and is thoroughly experienced with development, implementation and auditing/maintenance of management systems.

Wayne Laundy
RTO Manager
Wayne has 40 years’ experience in civil construction, traffic management and civils training. He has extensive working knowledge of the MUTCD and all supplements. Wayne has hands on experience as he has previously held supervisory roles in civil construction, road marking and traffic management for the State Government as well as the private sector. He is well regarded and respected within the industry due to his knowledge, experience, client relationships and his strong focus on customer service.

Noel Cuthbert
Senior Trainer
Noel has over 30 years’ experience in the Civil Construction industry with more than 6 years’ experience in the design and delivery of training programs and industry learning resources. Noel is well respected within the industry having spent 15 years as Safety Advisor within Brisbane City Council and 5 years as a Trainer/Consultant with RTO’s. He is well known for his commitment to mentoring new trainers and fostering best practice within the training industry.

Stacey Paul
Administration
Stacey will be the first contact point for many of our customer’s and you will find that Stacey excels at building and maintaining customer relationships. Stacey is Schramm Group Training’s expert in finance, accounts and RTO administration. Stacey also has several years’ experience in managing finance and accounts for large private organisations. Stacey has hands on experience in RTO administration, student enrolment and qualification management.
